-It was announced yesterday that this year, any targeting foul that happens in the 2 nd half of a football game will NOT require a player to sit out

the first half of the next game---THANK YOU—but still will lead to disqualification from the game they are playing in if upheld

-Also, OPI is now a 10-yard penalty instead of 15-yards…and we have an interesting Fair Catch Kick rule---if a returner is interfered with when

trying to make a fair catch, the returning team has the right to kick an uncontested field goal at the spot of the foul and get 3 points!
