The Jets are thrilled to welcome back Joseph Ossai, who’s officially off the PUP list and ready to hit the field. After missing training camp, the veteran edge rusher brings serious firepower — 14.5 sacks and five in each of the last two seasons — to a deep defensive line already stacked with Will McDonald IV and David Bailey. With joint practices against Tampa Bay on the horizon, Ossai’s return gives head coach Aaron Glenn and DC Steve Wilks more flexibility as they fine-tune their game plan for the regular season.
