The South Deering neighborhood is in a historically heavy industrial area.
This area was once home to large steel mills that have since closed.
There are still other factories and they’ve caused a stink with neighbors.
But longtime resident Eren Hernandez says a new stink – that came about a couple of weeks ago – is different.
