The Scott County Sheriff's Office announced Monday that 44-year-old Johnny Kincaid had been arrested. Kincaid is accused of entering Mt. Zion Church illegally and stealing from the house of worship. Governor Tate Reeves has tabbed Renee Porter as a judge for the 10th Chancery Court District. The district spans Forrest, Lamar, Marion, Pearl River, and Perry counties.
