This week, I’m keeping it simple: make one choice and take one action. You don’t have to completely change your life today—you can write one sentence, walk around the block, send one email, take a shower, or do one small thing that helps Future You. I also got a pretty literal reminder of this when, while thinking about my goal of making a movie, I got a text asking me to come help make one. Sometimes the life you say you want is already inviting you in—you just have to say yes and take the next step.
