From grand plans and sweeping changes to the desire to put his name on things, critics say the rush to create a lasting legacy is turning into something of a spectacle. Éric Blais is president of Headspace Marketing in Toronto and the author of "Normal Nation: How Normalcy Could Play in a Third Québec Referendum", spoke to Andrew Carter.
