Lv: Saulriets pie Saules kāpām bija īpašs.
En: The sunset at the Saules kāpas was special.

Lv: Pludmale bija piesūcināta ar siltu, zeltainu apgaismojumu, un Kārlis, sēžot uz smiltīm, vēroja krāšņo debess krāsu spēli.
En: The beach was soaked in warm, golden light, and Kārlis, sitting on the sand, watched the magnificent display of colors in the sky.

Lv: Viņa klase bija atbraukusi uz šo lauku ekskursiju, lai nosvinētu vasaras beigas.
En: His class had come on this countryside excursion to celebrate the end of summer.

Lv: Smiltis bija silts un viļņi maigi glāstīja krastu.
