On January 2nd, 2021 we released our predictions for the 2021 Real Estate market in Vancouver. In this episode, almost 1 year later, we look back at which predictions we got right, some scarily so, and which ones we got wrong - and why. This was a really fun exercise and one where we outline how certain areas of the market are quite predicable, even in a mostly unpredictable environment, by analyzing many data points and combining them with experience and our intuition.
