Adam Kidd once again visits the show to discuss the overruns on wrestling broadcasts. Josh and Adam went over the history of the overrun, starting with the Monday Night Wars and considering the benefits and business reasons for the practice. Discussion moved to modern-day WWE with the undefined length of Raw and Smackdown's consistent end time before discussing AEW's fascination with running past the top of the hour. The show wrapped up by determining whether the state of overruns in wrestling television is currently worse or better.
