In today’s episode, we’ll be talking to Simon Tonkin, co-owner of Inglorious Bustards and a conservationist with the Flyway Birding Association.

Based near Tarifa, at the southernmost tip of Spain, Simon leads birding and wildlife tours around the Straits of Gibraltar, Morocco, and The Gambia.

He’ll be talking to us about the incredible migration of birds across the Straits, what travellers can experience on an Inglorious Bustards tour, and why conservation and sustainable, plant-based food choices are such an important part of their work.

There are many destinations, conservation projects, wildlife experiences, and food producers mentioned in this episode, so make sure you check the show notes and blog post for all the details and relevant links.
