In Episode 2026_32 of The Martial Arts Lifestyle Podcast, host Tim Becherer interviews Italian martial artist Barbara Fava. Barbara has been a world traveler with her martial arts through competition and television performances.  She is a two time world champion in para-karate and has earned numerous other awards in world wide competitions. She has also been an actress and stunt performer on Mexican televison. Her many accomplishments also include being the author of the book The Karate That Chose Me: A Practical and Human Guide to Para Karate. Tune in and hear her story.
