A luminous soul, Dorothy Manolukas, 94, passed peacefully on July 31st, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering generosity. Born in Warren, Ohio, in 1932, she radiated warmth wherever she went—her home a sanctuary for family and friends, her artistry and hospitality unforgettable. A devoted wife to George, career woman at Second National Bank, and active church member, Dorothy’s life was a tapestry of service, grace, and joy. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and countless loved ones who carry her spirit forward. In honor of her enduring kindness, donations are suggested to St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church, St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, the Lupus Foundation of America, or Lower Cape Fear LifeCare.
