In July 2019, 17-year-old Bianca Devins attended a concert with 21-year-old Brandon Clark. Hours later, Bianca was dead in Utica, New York, and photographs taken after her murder were spreading across Discord, Instagram and other corners of the internet. Users alerted police, Clark called 911, and investigators uncovered digital evidence that would eventually lead him to plead guilty to second-degree murder and receive 25 years to life in prison.
