Introduction
As we talk about words, we need to understand the importance of not just words, but The Word. Jesus is referred to as the Word many different times throughout scripture. If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, you are called to proclaim The Word. The most important words that should come from your mouth are words about The Word. Every word that you choose to use or that idly falls from your lips will either help you proclaim The Word or hinder you from proclaiming The Word.

Scripture
* 1 John 1:1-4
* John 1:14
* John 20:28-29
* John 14:6-7
* Psalm 16:11
* Revelation 19:13

Sermon Points
* We can’t proclaim what we have not heard or seen!
* The Word is life!
* Proclamation of The Word is for fellowship!

Closing
Use your mouth. Use words! Stop talking about everything else but God and talk about The Word of God. He is the best thing that can come out of our mouths.
