Ridge walks into the barn expecting a normal episode. Instead, Shelby has a surprise waiting for him: a roast beef sandwich showdown.

We're keeping the two sandwich chains a secret for now, but one is a familiar name you'll probably recognize immediately, while the other has become something of a rare bird. Shelby and Ridge put the two roast beef sandwiches head-to-head and run them through the same comparison process they've used for previous food challenges.

But this isn't simply about which sandwich tastes better.

The Barn Philosopher's P-Rating takes value into account by looking at how much food you're actually getting for your money. That's especially important when you're feeding a big family, a group of friends, or an entire kids' soccer team. A sandwich might taste great, but if you need to buy twelve of them to feed everybody, that's part of the equation.
