Picture Voice Art Exhibition for Clare Autistic Teenagers

Picture Voice Art Exhibition for Clare Autistic Teenagers

Published 1 day, 22 hours ago
Description
A unique art exhibition celebrating the creativity, perspectives and strengths of autistic teenagers is returning for its second year.   Picture Voice Art Exhibition 2026 will showcase artwork created by autistic young people from across Clare, Galway, Limerick and Tipperary, including students from three Clare schools.   The project aims to give young people a platform to express themselves through art and have their voices heard.   It grew out of Jarlath Healy’s Master’s in Special Educational Needs in Mary Immaculate College.   Jarlath, who is Autism Advisor for County Limerick with the NCSE and a primary school teacher since 2007, joined Alan Morrissey to tell us more.
