Description
Australia's Olympic team is planning for the Los Angeles 2028 Games, with Chef de Mission Anna Meares touring the future Olympic Village at UCLA. The LA Games will be one of the most geographically dispersed Olympics ever staged, with events across 18 zones throughout greater Los Angeles and other parts of California and the United States. Six new sports will be added to the program, including lacrosse, flag football, squash and cricket, with Australia potentially sending up to 580 athletes compared to 467 at the Paris Games.
