Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor alleges he was chased by a balaclava-wearing stalker near his Sandringham home. Alex Jenkinson, 39, has been charged over the incident involving the former royal, with a magistrate reading Andrew's witness statement at Westminster Magistrates' Court. Andrew is scheduled to give evidence by video link at the criminal trial on December 21.
