No harm done 

We use “no harm done” when someone has made a mistake, but nothing serious happened as a result.

Example:

Imagine a friend is meeting you at a café.

They arrive twenty minutes late and immediately say:

“I’m so sorry! I wrote down the wrong time.”

But you’ve been sitting there with a coffee, reading your book. You weren’t in a hurry.

So you smile and say:

“Don’t worry. No harm done. I was enjoying my book anyway.”
