There is also the collapse of the reflecting pool prosecutions. Janine Pirro dismissed the criminal vandalism charges after admitting there was no evidence, and the more likely motive was self preservation, since misrepresenting evidence to a federal judge carries disbarment and prosecution risk for the prosecutor, not the president.
