Hundreds of ammunition casings found in Narrabeen Lagoon

Police divers have retrieved hundreds of live ammunition casings from Narrabeen Lagoon on Sydney's Northern Beaches after a witness reported seeing rifle ammunition being thrown under a bridge in North Narrabeen. The casings, which included hollow point rounds in varying calibres, were easily visible in the clear, shallow water beneath the bridge.
