Episode Details

The hardest part of waiting is often not the waiting itself, but the future your mind starts rehearsing.

Today, Gerry continues the week by exploring what happens inside us when we are stuck between not knowing and not yet having an answer. He looks at how easily our stories, imagination and assumptions can turn waiting into fear, and invites you to notice what version of the future you may already be creating before anything has actually happened.
