Bedford County’s “Pack the Bus” event is gearing up to gear students for success—donate backpacks, binders, pens, and pencils at the Walmart this Friday, August 7th, noon to 5 PM, or drop them off at the school office or Walmart donation boxes. All supplies will go to the Department of Social Services to ensure every student starts the year with the tools they need. Community support is key to giving every kid a fair shot on August 19th.
