-UK's AI Security Institute has released a report, detailing how the companies' models also acted independently and "engaged in sustained, potentially harmful activity directed at real people and organizations" during its own tests.

-Apple is seeking a preliminary injunction in its case against OpenAI, which would stop the AI company from moving forward with the development of any devices that are suspected of being based on Apple's technology.

-Texas is home to 521 data centers. On top of the existing power demands of those centers, the state is currently reviewing more than 474 gigawatts in requests to connect to the state's electric grids.
