First Responders Honor Sgt. Rick Lopez Through Community Blood Drive

The Prescott Valley Police Department, Prescott Police Department, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority (CAFMA), and the Prescott Fire Department joined forces this summer to honor Sgt. Rick Lopez with a two-day blood drive through Vitalant. Together, alongside the community, 81 people donated blood, including 23 first-time donors who began their lifelong journey saving lives. With each donation holding the potential to save up to three lives, these combined efforts will make a lasting impact. This drive has the potential to save up to 142 lives!
