The bottleneck in your business is you. It is what you procrastinate, the services you cannot stand offering,the things people are continuously asking for.

And when you are the bottleneck, things stop - or drastically slow down.

So how do you overcome this bottleneck?

1. Recognize what you keep putting off
2. Learn  to delegate tasks to your team. This will allow you to work on other aspects of your business
3. Ask for help for particular tasks you are not interested in doing and take your time back!

You don’t have to do everything in your business.  Learning how to work with others will create a big impact in your business and give you a sigh of relief.
