RAYS POSTCAST: The Tampa Bay Rays come up CLUTCH as they COMEBACK to beat the Colorado Rockies
Description
The Rays comeback and beat the Rockies 9-7. After the Rockies got on the board in the 1st inning the Rays took a big lead. It started with a RBI walk by Jonathan Aranda to make it 1-1. Then new Ray Liam Hicks belted a Grand Slam to make it 5-1. The Rays other new addition did not have the same success. Freddy Peralta only managed to go 3.2 IP giving up 7 earned runs. The Rockies put a 4 spot in the bottom of the 3rd to immediately tie the game. The Rockies then took the lead on a 2 run bomb in the 4th to make it 7-5. The game stayed 7-5 until the 9th inning. In the 9th Jonathan Aranda would come up clutch once again. He tied the game on a 2 RBI single to make it 7-7. The game would go into extras and neither team would score in the 10th inning. The Rays would score 2 huge runs in the 11th highlighted by a Junior Caminero RBI single to make it 9-7. Bryan Baker would come in and close it out in the bottom of the 11th to seal the win. The Rays will go for the sweep tomorrow afternoon.
