A 60-year-old Welsh man has been sentenced to two years and four months imprisonment after keeping his deceased mother's body in a freezer for nearly three years. Christopher Phillips pleaded guilty to the crime after police discovered 89-year-old Sylvia Phillips's body in the family home in February. During this period, he fraudulently collected approximately $150,000 in her benefits.
