Qantas is considering outsourcing up to 1,000 back-office jobs in marketing, finance and HR to India through consulting firm Accenture as part of an AI integration strategy. Meanwhile, approximately 160 Arnott's biscuit factory workers in Adelaide have gone on strike for the first time since the 1990s.
