Virginia Giuffre, who was globally recognised for her sexual abuse allegations against Jeffrey Epstein and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, took her own life in Western Australia last year. The WA Ombudsman is investigating a complaint from her relatives that police misidentified her as a perpetrator of family violence in the lead-up to her death.
