Family Witnessed Hundreds of Purple Orbs Flying Over the Smoky Mountains
Description
A subscriber from Tennessee who goes by the handle “Dr. Boggs” on Twitter X recently reached out to describe an incredible orb sighting he, his wife, and daughter had while skywatching on Mother’s Day, May 12, 2024. The three family members, upon finishing work, drove to a scenic overlook outside Gatlinburg at around 4:30 a.m. to observe the stars, but saw a lot more than they had expected. Suddenly, numerous purple orbs appeared throughout the sky, all of them traveling north to south. Then, two other orbs appeared right near the vehicle, only to disappear.
