But for some gamers, there is one problem: they have girlfriends who do not understand gaming.
In this episode, I talk about the guys who are naturally gamers — maybe even degenerate gamers — who now find themselves in relationships with women who do not like them playing video games, do not share that hobby, or want all of their attention placed somewhere else. These are the men who want to grind new releases, experience the next era of gaming, and fully enjoy the hobby they love, but now they are dealing with tension at home because their girlfriend sees gaming as a distraction instead of part of who they are.
I also go through a rundown of some of the most anticipated games coming in 2026 and why this year feels so important for gamers. We talk about GTA 6, Wolverine, Gears of War: E-Day, Marvel Tokon, Phantom Zero, and other major games that have people excited again. This is the kind of lineup that can make gamers feel like kids again — but it can also expose whether the person you’re with truly understands your passion.
I break down why compatibility matters, why men need to be honest early when they are dating seriously, and why hiding your gaming lifestyle just to keep a relationship peaceful can backfire later. If gaming is one of your main hobbies, one of your escapes, one of your sources of joy, then you cannot pretend it does not matter just to make somebody else comfortable.
This episode is not just about video games. It is about relationships, honesty, compatibility, hobbies, boundaries, attention, and choosing someone who understands what makes you feel alive.
As we enter this next wave of gaming, some men are going to realize they picked someone who does not respect the thing that brings them peace, excitement, and joy. And if you are dating right now, this is the warning: choose carefully.
