Announcement! Today, we launched a YouTube channel called "Ascend," which is a vertical from HBR that's focused on helping people who are early in their careers or just starting out. Work in 2022 is challenging. Norms are changing. Career paths aren't as clear as they used to be. But this is all manageable! Ascend is here with guidance on job hunting (our first video is all about cover letters), salary negotiation, communicating in the workplace, and more.
