Af: Die motor brom oor die klam teerpad van die Tuinroete.
En: The car hums over the damp tar road of the Tuinroete.
Af: Die bome buitekant swiep by die vensters verby, terwyl Jaco, Annelie en Pieter na die radio luister en gesels.
En: The trees outside sweep past the windows as Jaco, Annelie, and Pieter listen to the radio and chat.
Af: Dit is winter, en die reën maak die landskap pragtig en groen.
En: It is winter, and the rain makes the landscape beautiful and green.
Af: Jaco geniet die avontuur terwyl Annelie en Pieter op die agterste sitplek gesels.
En: Jaco enjoys the adventure while Annelie and Pieter chat in the back seat.
