It's being argued new parking rules for a West Clare tourism hotspot will make it "even more attractive" and provide further support to the local economy. New bye-laws which will see pay-and-display parking all-year-round in Kilkee have been approved by local elected representatives at a special meeting of the West Clare Municipal District.
