Episode Details

In this episode, we're joined by two guys who know the ins and outs of life on the road better than just about anyone.

Caleb Allemand, a Lubbock native and singer-songwriter, spent years as the tour manager for Silverada (formerly Mike and the Moonpies) before stepping away from full-time touring to focus on family after becoming a dad. KC Powell stepped into the role as the band's current tour manager, and while he's now keeping the show on the road, the two still cross paths and work together from time to time.

You may have even spotted them in Silverada's latest music video for "Drag," but there's a lot more to their story than a cameo. We dive into what life is really like behind the scenes of a touring band—from late-night adventures and unexpected challenges to the friendships, sacrifices, and unforgettable moments that come with living on the road. Along the way, we share plenty of laughs, swap stories, and get a glimpse into the people who help keep the music going long after the lights come up.
