Holly Harper of Smith County is serving in the Tennessee Farm Bureau Women’s Committee as the Outstanding Young Woman of The Year. She and her husband Nick have a small farm where they’re raising their daughter. Holly says she’s proud to be a woman making an impact in our most important industry.
