Description
Eine Hörerfrage nehme ich zum Anlass, mit einem hartnäckigen Dogma aufzuräumen: "Kopf tief gleich Rücken automatisch entlastet." Ich zeige, warum das alte String-and-Bow-Modell der Forschung nicht standhält, was Dorsostabilität stattdessen bedeutet, und wie ich mit variantenreichen Futterpositionen gezielt die tiefe, stabilisierende Muskulatur meiner Pferde trainiere – ganz ohne zusätzliches Bewegungstraining.
