However, also as Full-Time Black Women, we have been groomed to believe our tools should be used to make a soft landing for the rest of the world while neglecting our own. Therefore, we get stuck in a position to be workers and not dreamers. Just think about it, how many women do you know who have passions they have chosen to put off in order to build someone else’s castle? We understand because we are you.
