Hey, I'm Jerry Brazie. Over the last 30-plus years, I've started, bought, and sold more than a dozen companies across all kinds of industries, and we've done north of $450 million in revenue along the way.

I grew up dirt poor—one of nine kids—with plenty of violence thrown in. Shot at, stabbed, beaten half to death more than once. No degree, no safety net, no roadmap. Just chaos and a stubborn streak that wouldn't let me stay down. Everything I know about business and life came from grinding, screwing up big, and figuring out how to keep moving.

Right now, I'm running an eight-figure and a seven-figure company and just getting my newest business, The Kronos Group, off the ground: a small, hand-picked peer group for real operators who want honest talk and accountability, no fluff.

I love the game of business. It's always been the vehicle, not the destination. I've never made a dime doing something I actually love for work. I've made money building and running companies, then taken those profits to do what really matters: changing the lives of my wife of 28 years and our kids.

I don't take myself too seriously, and my biggest strength is remembering exactly where I came from. It keeps me grounded and lets me talk straight without the ego.
