Preach the truth out loud: Read who God says you are out loud. Stop looking for edification from your physical, earthly father. You are a child of the most high.
Take one brave rep: Do the exact thing your fear is telling you to avoid. I step into discomfort every single day—whether it's through exercise, nutrition, or writing a book with dyslexia. I teach my son to do the exact same thing: battle the fear and dive right into it.
Catch the lie: The moment that accusation creeps into your head telling you that you aren't enough, name it as a lie. Answer it instantly with the truth: "My father, God says I am enough".
Open up to one man: Strip away the secrecy. Find a brother in arms, open up, and tell him the exact thing you've been hiding.
Evening reflection: Before your head hits the pillow, ask yourself the ultimate defining question of the day: Did I move in truth, or did I move in fear?
