Guided Council Fire Meditation: Healing Sisterhood Wounds and Aligning With the Global Good

Christel Arcucci introduces The Ecstatic Empath Show and shares a guided visualization inviting listeners to a sacred council fire beyond time and space, where wise women from every nation, generation, and walk of life gather as equals to speak truth and hold space.

The practice begins with settling into breath and intention, then journeys along a desert path under infinite stars to a circle structured without hierarchy, supported by men holding divine masculine presence. In the circle, women share their communities’ realities and desires, exchange healing through eye contact, energy, and touch, and old wounds around sisterhood, motherhood, belonging, and the wounded feminine and masculine dissolve in the fire, shifting listeners onto a new timeline of power and purpose aligned with “global good.”

The meditation closes with returning to the room and integration.
