US President Donald Trump said on Monday that "very friendly negotiations" with Iran were underway and touted the US Navy's "good blockade", even as Tehran warned that a continuous naval blockade would amount to an expansion of the war.

美国总统唐纳德·特朗普周一称，美国正与伊朗进行“十分友好的谈判”，并夸赞美国海军实施的封锁举措成效良好；与此同时，德黑兰方面警告，持续海上封锁行为等同于扩大战事。

Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters accused the US on Monday of threatening Iranian vessels, commercial ships and tankers in Iran's coastal and territorial waters over the past three days as part of an "illegal naval blockade".

伊朗哈塔姆安比亚中央总部周一指责美国近三日在伊朗沿岸及领海水域，威胁伊朗船只、民用商船与油轮，实施非法海上封锁。

"We warn that this American action is considered an expansion of war in the region," it said in a statement, adding that Iran's armed forces would respond to any threat posed by the US military.

Trump also told US news outlet Axios that Washington was engaged in "very deep talks" with Tehran, but warned, "If they don't work out, we will go back to very strong military action."
