After a traumatic childbirth experience nearly cost Cass and her baby their lives, she stopped waiting for the right time and committed fully to the business she had been building alongside her nursing career. In this conversation, Penny and Cass discuss making a change before life forces us to, recognizing the value of the skills we’ve gathered throughout our careers and lives, moving through imposter syndrome, and allowing other people to support us.

They also explore what becomes possible when women stop playing small, trust what they already know, and give themselves permission to want more.
