Attorney Brian Karalus joined Liz Collin on her podcast. He represents Shiloh Hendrix, the Rochester woman who was recently convicted of one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct after she used a racial slur when confronted by a man who used the same racial slur and recorded her while taunting her to repeat it.
Karalus talked about how the case raises important questions about freedom of speech, the mainstream media, and a troubling legal shift in America.
