NDPP Andy Mothibi has provisionally withdrawn the charges against Lt Gen Dumisani Khumalo, Brigadier Mokwele and others. These were charges that were administered by IDAC, and have been under serious scrutiny at the Madlanga Commission. We unpack the consequences of these charges of late and where to from here for IDAC.
