Sl: Na sredini poletja, ko se sonce leno spušča čez obzorje, Bled žari v odtenkih zlate in oranžne.
En: In the middle of summer, when the sun lazily sets across the horizon, Bled glows in shades of gold and orange.
Sl: Jezero Bled je očarljivo mirno, obdano z gozdom in slikovitimi hribi.
En: Lake Bled is enchantingly calm, surrounded by forests and picturesque hills.
Sl: Tri prijatelji - Jure, Anja in Matej - so se zbrali na pikniku ob obali.
En: Three friends - Jure, Anja, and Matej - have gathered for a picnic on the shore.
Sl: Vsak s seboj prinese nekaj dobrot: Jure svežo lubenico, Anja domačo pito iz borovnic, Matej pa domači sir s kmetije svojih starih staršev.

En: One of them, like me, always felt a bit outside.
Sl: Ni vedel, če ga resnično cenijo... dokler ni zbral poguma za odkrit pogovor."
En: He didn't know if they truly appreciated him... until he gathered the courage for an honest conversation."
Sl: Jure nadaljuje s svojo pripovedjo, medtem pa subtilno razkriva svoje občutljive misli.
