Description
God promised to give His people a soft, tender heart towards Him instead of the rock hard heart of stubbornness. We see this promise fulfilled when the exiles returned in faith. Pentecost also fulfills this promise. Indeed, all who have received the Holy Spirit have been given a tender heart by God.
