Jiuzhaigou is located in Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is a branch of the Baihe River in the upper reaches of the Baishuigou. It is named after the nine Tibetan villages. Jiuzhaigou is over 2,000 meters above sea level and is covered with primeval forests. There are 108 lakes distributed in the ditch. It has six wonders: "emerald lakes, cascading waterfalls, colorful forests, snowy peaks, Tibetan customs, and blue ice", and is known as the "fairyland on earth".

九寨沟位于四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州九寨沟县境内，是白水沟上游白河的支沟，因为有九个藏族村寨而得名。九寨沟海拔在 2000 米以上，遍布原始森林，沟内分布 108 个湖泊，有“翠海、叠瀑、彩林、雪峰、藏情、蓝冰”六绝，被誉为“人间仙境”。

Entering Jiuzhaigou, the first thing that comes into view is the brilliant and colorful forest. Every golden autumn, the trees on the mountain are tinted into various colors by the autumn wind. They are as red as fire, as yellow as gold, and as green as jade. It seems that nature has overturned its palette and painted a magnificent picture for us.

走进九寨沟，首先映入眼帘的是那一片片绚丽多彩的彩林。每当金秋时节，山上的树木被秋风染成了各种颜色，红的似火、黄的如金、绿的像玉，仿佛是大自然打翻了调色盘，为我们描绘出一幅美轮美奂的画卷。

The lakes in Jiuzhaigou are a great wonder. These lakes are called "Haizi" by the local people. The lake water is blue and clear all year round and is bright and limpid to the bottom. With the change of light and the passage of seasons, different tones and water rhymes are presented. The Five-Flower Lake can be said to be the essence of Jiuzhaigou. In the same water area, you can see colors such as yellowish, dark green, dark blue, and dark cyan. They are mottled and confusing, and extremely colorful. It is too beautiful to be real. There is also the Five-Color Pond. Although it is small in area, under the sunshine, it is colorful and just like a bright gem inlaid on the earth.
