Investigators in Tallahassee say 20-year-old Phoenix Ikner opened fire on the Florida State University campus Thursday morning and killed two people, wounding six others. Ikner is the son of a Leon County deputy. According to police, he also belonged to a civil youth group that was part of the sheriff’s office.
